Premier Skills in Dalian
Premier Skills launched the first of four China based projects in the city of Dalian in China in May 2009.
The Dalian project was run in conjunction with the Dalian Education Bureau and with the support of the local Football Association.
The 44 participants on the course were all physical education teachers from either primary or secondary schools and had practical coaching sessions as well as workshops on leadership, fitness, nutrition, and using football for community development. Head Coach Robbie Earle was joined by Andy Foster and Lee Lockley from Everton FC, and Geoff Noonan from Fulham FC.
